Personal love for dogs turned a couple into full-time business partners when they launched Poochie Packs; a one-stop destination for subscription based dog treats for your furry friend needs. However, scaling this business and reaching dog lovers in more parts of England was tough - which is where King Orange ushered in to save the day.

The Challenge

Neen and her partner, proud owners of 7 dogs, recognised a problem - every dog had a specific nutritional need and there weren’t many solutions catering to dogs’ sensitive appetites and nature. They created Poochie Packs to solve this very problem. 

After selling and managing their promising business offline for some time, they decided it was time to expand and go digital. King Orange helped them establish an online presence that would not only cater to local dog families in their vicinity but even the ones farther away with subscription-based dog products

How King Orange Helped

King Orange found an opportunity in this challenge and decided to help the founders make more dogs and their families happy. After months of brainstorming and understanding their end customers, King Orange decided to build a website that helped really take Poochie Packs to the next level.  There was a steep increase in subscriptions and cart abandonment dropped significantly.
