National Health Pharmacy desired to become a dedicated online pharmacy that puts its users at the centre of everything they do. After we developed and designed their website, they are now determined to become one of the UK's leading online pharmacies. They provide a delivery service for every single customer nationwide, and as a result of providing a national service, they work hand in hand with all NHS GP surgeries in the UK.

/02 THE DESIGN

The digital age has changed the way we work and live. It has also changed the way people buy medication. Online pharmacies are now a common sight on the internet.

The website we have designed and developed for NHP serves the purpose of managing people’s medication from anywhere in the UK with just one click. With the simple and easy-to-use website, we have made taking care of your loved ones as easy as 123. Isn’t that what we all want?

/03 THE FEATURE

We have designed the online pharmacy in such a way that it can be easily operated by a 5-year-old to a 90-year-old. The convenience of the customers is the central principle of the online pharmacy.

We have also added an innovative feature. National Health Pharmacy offers a feature where the patient can request medications or ask to fulfill a prescription order online, which gets sent to their GP and once approved, the medicine gets delivered right to the doorstep of patients in any part of the UK. This is a striking feature for people who are either too busy or too ill to go see the doctor or pharmacy in person.

King Orange, who work closely with C+D Data, integrated the website with UK’s main database for pharmacy products. We made sure all the data is secure and up to date, allowing users to be able to see the latest product information and pricing in the UK. The database lists items licensed by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)

/04 OUTCOME

The main objective was to create an effective and efficient website for the brand which will help in increasing the sales of online pharmacy products. This will also help in improving the customer satisfaction level as well as increase their trust towards the product or service being provided which is the most important factor to build in this digital era.
